Freedom (CAN-BUS, OBDII) Line features:
• Plug-N-Play Daisy Chain Connection
• No additional sensors or wiring needed
• Plugs directly into the vehicle's 16-pin OBDII Data Link Connector
Freedom Line gauges work directly with the vehicles ECU using the CAN (J1979) protocol (All vehicles 2008 and newer are required to be compatible with the CAN (J1979) protocol). Works with 2008 and newer vehicles (Compatible with select older vehicles). If needed you can easily 'hard-wire' into CAN high and low data lines to free up the OBDII port (will not function when used in conjunction with any other OBDII device).
Ford GT Line features:
